	BAUER PUBLISHING GROUP APPOINTS LETENA LINDSAY AS VICE PRESIDENT OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

	NEW YORK, NY (June 20, 2008) –Bauer Publishing Group announced today that Letena Lindsay will join the company in the newly created position of Vice President of Corporate Communications, overseeing consumer and trade press for the company’s 12 magazines, starting July 1. Most recently, Lindsay served as Public Relations Director for Hearst Magazines, where she oversaw public relations efforts for nine of the company’s magazines including Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire and Seventeen, as well as each magazine’s flagship events since 2003. “We are thrilled to have Letena bring her extensive magazine and public relations expertise to Bauer,” said Hubert Boehle, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bauer Publishing Group, to whom Lindsay will directly report. “Under her direction, we will continue to extend the profile of our company and magazines on many fronts.” Prior to Hearst, Lindsay worked at Essence Communications Partners from 2000-2003 as the company’s Public Relations Manager, in which she managed the corporate communications department for Essence Magazine and led publicity efforts for events such as the Essence Awards and Essence Music Festival. She has also held media relations positions in Chicago at Fleishman-Hillard and R.J.
